Broccoli Rice

Broccoli rice is a healthy dish and is rich in vitamins, with a vegetable flavour of fresh green broccoli with rice, prepared with onion, roasted garlic, coriander and latency, are served hot alongside the soup and chicken dishes with lemon slices on it.
Ingredients
1 cup long Rice
1 garlic cloves, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
¼ kilo of chopped broccoli
¼ teaspoon milled coriander
No. ¼ teaspoon crushed
1 ½ cup boiled chicken broth
Salt and pepper as desired
Lemon slices for rendering
Preparation method
We put broccoli in a boiling water bowl for several minutes until it matures and becomes soft, then half the water and we leave it aside to cool, and in the meantime, we wash the rice and soak it with hot water 10 minutes.
Copy the vegetable oil in a suitable bowl, soak it with onions and garlic on medium fire, then add broccoli and rice, spray coriander, latency, salt and pepper, and move a little
Boil the boiled chicken broth, then cover the dish, reduce the fire, cook the rice on a light fire until the rice absorbs the water, and become mature and ready to apply with lemon slices.
