Chicken Casserole Islands
Chicken casserole on the islands is a major dish beside various Ramadan dishes. A dish that attends from chickens, carrots, olives and spices with tomatoes. The chicken casserole is brought to the islands and decorated with toasted almonds and coriander beside it according to steamed-cooked couss.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
8 slices of chicken thighs
1 onion, brown, medium-sized, finely chopped
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon powder cayenne
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
½ teaspoon ginger powder
No. ½ a teaspoon of shaltime seeds
No. ½ a teaspoon of red pepper chips
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tablespoon plain flour
2 large islands, peeled and sliced for a thickness of approximately 2 cm in length
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
400 grams of tomato mashed
400 grams of hummus, washbasin and dryer
⅓ Cup green olive slices (approx. 90 grams)
1 tablespoon honey

Preparation method
Heat in a bowl 1 teaspoon of oil, on medium-high fire.
Cook chickens for about 2 minutes of all sides until the color is brown, then put it aside.
Lower the fire for medium, add the remaining amount of oil, drop the onion and move it from 2-3 minutes or become tender.
