Chocolate Nut Cake
Chocolate Hazelnut cake is a new kind of appetite for you in an innovative and tasty way, to be the Nutcracker chocolate tastes crispy and brittle at the same time, which is provided by hazelnut nuts and many benefits.
Ingredients
1 gram Nut
3 eggs
Cobb except Sugar.
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 (non-domestic) cocoa powder
1 cup Oatmeal
Light pinch of salt
1 teaspoon soda bicarbonate
Preparation method
Copy oven to (180 ℃)
We bring a tray where we put butter paper, and we put the nut on it.
We bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until you take the dark brown color.
Remove the hazelnut from the tray and leave it aside to cool
Using a food mixer, or hand-to-egg fail, and sugar and vanilla
In a separate bowl we blend cocoa powder with oatmeal, salt, and bicarbonate soda.
Add the dry mixture to the egg mixture.
We move the mixture until the dough becomes cohesive.
Add the nut after cooling it to the dough
It confuses to be distributed evenly, but we don't mix nuts with a food mixer, but with a spoon.
Divide the dough in half in two plates by measuring 1 cm to the width, 3.5 cm in height, 26 cm in length
We put the plates over the butter paper in the oven tray, leaving a distance between them to stretch
We bake for 30 to 35 minutes, take it out of the oven, and let it cool down for about 10 minutes.
Using a razor knife, we divide each plate for 20 slices, 1 cm for the cigarette, and hopefully slicing at a 45-degree angle for full alignment and leveling.
We put the chip on the butter sheet in the tray and bake after the heat is reduced to (125 ℃)
For another 10 minutes
If you want to make it solid and good for chocolate, you can leave it in the oven for 20 minutes.
Note You can replace nuts with any nuts you prefer, or replace the chocolate with finely chopped dried fruits
